The good people at Bay Cup have created a list of referees who work in Central California division on their website.
Per USA Fencing rules, all referees taking part in sanctioned events, over the age of 18 must:
- Be a professional member of USA Fencing
- Complete USA Fencing’s background check successfully
- Complete the SafeSport training program
